Postage is free on all orders. Each item is created and dispatched from a trusted printing partner local to your region. By producing items to order rather than in large bulk batches, we are able to reduce waste, avoid unnecessary storage, and shorten the distance many parcels travel before reaching your door.

Every piece is made especially for you once ordered, allowing this little tideborne shop to remain thoughtful, sustainable, and small.

Creation & Delivery Times

As each item is printed to order, please allow a little time for creation before dispatch.

Most orders are created within 2–5 business days before beginning their journey to you. Delivery times vary slightly depending on your location, though most parcels arrive shortly after dispatch.

During particularly busy seasons or stormier tides, delivery may occasionally take a little longer.

Returns & Refunds

If your order is not quite what you hoped for, or you simply change your mind, a full refund can be given within 14 days of receiving your item.

Customers are kindly asked to cover the cost of return postage unless there is a fault, damage, or issue with the order itself.

If something arrives damaged or incorrect, please get in touch through the contact page and we will make it right as quickly as possible.

A Small Note

Colours may appear slightly different depending on screen settings, and due to the made-to-order nature of the shop, placement and sizing can occasionally vary very slightly between items.
